Cooking Instructions: This is an uncooked product. Cook to an internal temperature of 160 degrees. Outdoor Grill: For medium-well: Preheat gas grill at 350 degrees or when charcoal turns white. Cook frozen pattie 6 to 9 minutes on one side or until the juices come to the surface. Turn and cook 4 to 6 minutes or until 160 degrees internal temperature. Under The Broiler: For medium-well: Place frozen pattie in pre-heated broiler for 8 minutes or until 160 degrees internal temperature. In The Frying Pan: For medium-well: Place frozen pattie in the pre-heated fry pan over medium-high heat. Cook for 5 minutes on one side. Turn and cook for 3 minutes or until 160 degrees internal temperature.

Keep frozen.
