Directions

Pan Fry Instructions: 1. Heat 1 inch of cooking oil in a large skillet to 350 degrees F - 375 degrees F. 2. Add frozen okra to skillet and heat 3-5 minutes, turning gently to achieve desired color and crispness. Season to taste and serve. Deep Fry Instructions: 1. Preheat cooking oil in deep fryer to 350 degrees F - 375 degrees F. 2. Fry frozen okra for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown. Season to taste and serve. Not recommended for microwave cooking.
