Details

Premium hardwood. Ridged: Lights faster burns hotter.

Directions

Lighting Instructions: (1). Arrange no more than 3 lbs into a pyramid. Refer to grill manufacturer's specifications and quantities. Open all grill vents, and leave grill uncovered. (2). Light pile of briquets immediately in several places. Do no use lighter fluid, gasoline, electric starter, or chimney style starter. Do not cover grill until ready to cook. Stand back after lighting. (3).1n approximately 10 minutes, or when pile is predominately ashed over, spread briquets evenly. Wait 5 minutes and begin cooking.

For best results, store this bag in a dry place. Do not cover flaming briquets with grill lid. Make sure ashes are cool before discarding. Grill should be placed on a level surface. Place grill away from all flammable items (trees, overhangs, buildings, etc.). Do not use in water smoker grill. Should more cooking time be needed, add regular charcoal briquets. Close bag tightly after use.
