The lambrusco and vinifera juices are cool fermented in stainless steel. The wine is then blended and sweetened. Wild Irish Rose 13.9% Red Wine is 100% pure grape wine. A proprietary blend of native New York grape juice and white grape juice is used. Special care is taken to preserve the delicate, concord grape taste profile and color. Balance: medium body and medium sweet. Fruit: concord grape character.
